The Rust Foundation is excited to unveil the speaker lineup for RustConf 2025, the original Rust programming language conference. This year’s event brings together an outstanding group of developers, maintainers, and technical leaders who are shaping the future of Rust across industries, domains, and global contexts.

Keynotes

Keynotes at RustConf are designed to open and close each main conference day with broad insights, bold ideas, and deep reflections on the state and future of Rust. This year’s keynote speakers bring experience from across open source leadership:

  • Mark Russinovich – CTO, Microsoft Azure
  • Ellie Huxtable – Creator of Atuin
  • Jonathan Kelly – Founder of Dioxus

Marquee talks at RustConf are featured sessions that highlight significant technical contributions, long-term community impact, or emerging ideas that deserve the spotlight. They are designed to be must-see sessions at the heart of the conference.
